Construction of one 6500m2 workshop, one 3375m2 workshop and hardstand areas.

This design and construct project was comprised of two distinct buildings with extremely high spec hard stand requirements to service a very substantial high volume transport operation—these buildings have 10 and 5 tone capacity wide span overhead cranes within the main warehouses and are comprised of specifically designed structural steel solutions designed to provide wide expanse column free areas within to facilitate maximum use of internal space with exceptional turn around capability for all manner of transport operations including large unit offloading to fast turn-around delivery for short term storage and dispatch all without interference with longer term storage racking systems should the workload dictate.

The high spec hard stand areas are designed to handle the very heaviest of transport solutions and machinery for heavy weight delivery and dispatch.
